About us

Mr. Ian Whitworth is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeon. He undertakes a full range of cosmetic surgery and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.

He undertook his Graduate Medical training at St. Bartholomews Hospital, London and his General Surgical training based at St. Mary’s Hospital, London.  His Specialist Training in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery was undertaken in Wessex and the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead.

Having completed his Specialist Training in Plastic & Reconstructive surgery, he also undertook Travelling Fellowships to Taiwan, the Mayo Clinic in the USA and obtained a Master of Surgery Degree in 1996.  In 2000 he was appointed as a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeon to the Wessex Regional Plastic Surgery Unit in Salisbury.

He now works full-time in Private Practice concentrating mainly on cosmetic procedures.

Ian Whitworth is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, a Member of BAPRAS (British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeons), a Member of BAAPS (British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons), has been a Council Member of BAAPS and is also a Member of the Special Advisory Committee for Plastic Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons.
